APP has decided to introduce the “Employee of the Quarter” initiative from the year 2018. This initiative is to provide more motivation to site staff and to enhance efficiency and productivity. The frequency of the gifts is meant to ensure that more employees can enjoy this benefit, and that motivation is provided throughout the year as a continuous push for performance improvement. The employees selected were rewarded for their dedicated service and contribution, for the first quarter of the year 2025, at APP Premises, amidst APP management officials and other dignitaries.
